The work was to replace 4 sets of taps in bathrooms. The selection of taps covered all the bases. The quote was lower than expected and the work completed in one visit and within a week of accepting the quote. The work was outstanding and the taps improve the look tremendously. Due to problems encountered in the 1st bathroom a fee increase was proposed by myself and swiftly but politely refused. I am delighted by the work and will use IAT again without doubt, they are my preferred plumber of choice.

Jeff has done two brilliant jobs for us recently (I think this the first review I have ever given anyone). Jeff helped design, order and install a complete cloakroom with a new outside electric switch for water, new toilet enclosure matched against the walls , new cupboards, new shower units and shower electric systems, and all waste plumbing). Jeff is so very professional, great customer interaction, gave excellent service, helps look for best pricing, and even helped us design our cloakroom with great advice and guidance. I was amazed at how tidy his work is - even his van is well organised - not the usual dusty dirty vans you see as typified from so many tradespeople - I think it just shows how he approaches his work and life - very professional does a great job at a fair price - I will only use Jeff for plumbing if he is available - I think he will be so overbooked soon it will be difficult to get him to help.

Jeff agreed to help resolve a long-running problem with a Salamander pump installation despite us being some distance away and outside his normal range. He arranged an initial visit within a week of my making contact, and then made two further visits until the problem was fully resolved. In between he was in regular email contact. Jeff and Dawn from IAT decorated our whole house, walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork. This is the second time we have used them for this albeit in a new house this time. Everything was exceptionally pristine and their attention to detail was faultless. We felt very lucky to have them carrying out the work as we left them with a key and they came and went as they pleased when we were not in. Completely trust worthy and ideal if you are at work and want the jobs done whilst working. We also asked Jeff to conduct some additional plumbing work and other “handy man” bits in our kitchen which he did whilst decorating and kept within the quoted timescales. We ordered some shutters for our front windows which were again fitted perfectly and look great. Jeff and Dawn have a lovely friendly approach and help make suggestions on colours and other professional hints and tips you may need. I phoned Jeff to organise a visit to see what was wrong with my shower pump, he suggested that I check the strainer first. I started to do this but in doing so a joint around the pump began to leak badly. I rang him back in a panic at 5pm, he appeared on my door step 15 minutes later and carried out a temporary repair. We also decided that the pump was not worth saving and I asked him to obtain a new one. He rang back the next morning to tell me that he would have the next day and would fit it the following day. He kept all his promises and was totally professional in his approach to the work and produced a quality result. I am planning to refurbish my en-suite and will definitely use him for that work.
